

PCG Board Members Offer Testmony to
House Ag Committee Members
at San Angelo Hearing

Bearden currently serves as PCG Chairman and operates a 6,000 acre diversified family farming operation in Yoakum County, Texas producing cotton, peanuts, wheat, milo and black-eyed peas. Bearden's farming operation falls within the boundaries of the 19th Congressional District served by Congressman Randy Neugebauer of Lubbock. Neugebauer has served as a member of the Agriculture Committee since his election in 2003.
Spinks resides in MIdland County, Texas and operates a 3,000 acre cotton operation located in Texas' 11th Congressional District, which is represented on the Ag Committee by Congressman Mike Conaway of Midland.
